Starting with a Discovery Call, you'll identify your challenges before working with Drew to conduct extensive Discovery Sessions aka interviews of your staff, closest customers, Board, and key stakeholders to understand what is working well and critical areas of improvement that impact mission success.

Next, we will facilitate strategic planning session(s) to identify clear next steps that your teams can take to move towards a shared vision of success, supported with a detailed Strategic Plan that is easy to follow. Positive Outcomes

Led market planning for Bay Area licensed store development – secured 6 site development commitments and signed Oracle’s head of global real estate to open a new licensed store at their site in Austin, TX. Pitched an idea to the head of Starbucks’ public affairs that was turned into a mini-documentary on the brand’s global media platform highlighting firefighter mental health before first responder PTSD was widely recognized.

Data and insights allowed senior leaders to better understand the number of calls, emails, and outreach needed to secure one internship placement and the support services needed to help students prepare for interviews.
Los Rios Community College District
Co-Founded a retail brand that grew to 4 stores in Southern Oregon, and secured the brand’s position as a leading small business throughout the Rogue Valley. Implemented Revel Systems Point of Sale enterprise technology to improve sales, inventory management, employee scheduling, and customer loyalty program. Experienced running multi-unit retail operations with peak staffing of 50+ employees.
Yogurt Hut
Led new business development and market planning for first responder treatment centers securing workers’ compensation partnerships across chief officers, third party administrators, joint powers authorities, insurers, and labor unions. Developed operations manuals to ensure patient safety, compliance, and cultural competence. Led 7 strategic planning sessions to align talent across diverse disciplines to scale a private equity backed high growth company.
First Responder Behavioral Health Treatment Centers
Led new business development working with the CEO and Board of Directors for a statewide trade association representing union signatory heavy civil engineering construction companies. Leveraged the Sandler Sales Training process and market planning to grow membership and revenue to a 30-year high. Improved member services bringing Salesforce.com onboard to shape the future of service delivery in order to scale operations.
United Contractors
Launched the organization's first re-entry program funded by a CalCRG grant. Convened stakeholder meetings, moving people from grant award phase to executing on grant deliverables. Developed case management and call handling protocols, connecting formerly incarcerated individuals to community resources. Within first month of program launch the program served the total number of people it was intended to over a one-year period, highlighting program demand to seek additional resources.

Invited to Vietnam to speak at the national Food Expo conference by the head of trade for the Consulate General of Vietnam to San Francisco. Advised over 50+ Vietnamese companies on market planning, distribution, marketing, branding, and sales strategies to enter the U.S. market. Worked closely with leaders from Vietrade, the country’s trade and promotion agency to support private businesses seeking expansion in the U.S. market.
Vietrade
Developed the strategic plan growing an annual run for education from 300 to 1000 runners in one year, while adding a pre-race community pasta party event with entertainment and auction. Event has raised over $175K since implementing the strategy.
Ashland Schools Foundation
Created an integrated marketing strategy for a multi-unit real estate brokerage in the San Francisco Bay Area. Hired the company’s first digital marketing employee, increasing social media presence. Coached agents on sales, stress management, and performance mindset techniques.
