What Unfinished Business Do You Have?

So, congratulations on going through this training and here we are at the big finale slide what unfinished business. Do you have personal family marriage amen spiritual? Are you comfortable with; where you’ll end up; when this life that you know it in this body is done your career and then your purpose and identity beyond the title beyond the title of manager; beyond the title of VP; beyond the title CEO; beyond the title of firefighter; beyond the title of general whatever your title is the purpose and your identity beyond that who are you; why do you exist; why are you here and what is your impact in this world while you still have a chance to make a difference.

Take some time to answer these questions because these are very important questions and these are the questions that allow us to transform other people’s lives in management and leadership roles once we have our house clean, we’re able to do so much more for other people.
