And in dealing with trauma, we deal with people. And when we deal with people, they’re usually two types of people. They’re self-aware and there are the unaware self-aware. People know their triggers. They know what’s causing them to be where they’re at. They also know that they need to ask for help and they go get help. They’re resourceful people who are unaware. They don’t know the triggers. They don’t think they need help. They can refuse to feel better in order to break through and do the work needed to heal or evolve and oftentimes people are in a victim mindset. Now, do the unaware, stay unaware forever. No, they can become self-aware through giving them the tools and the coaching and the care in your company and saying hey, who notice these things about you and here are some resources that might help set you off to a better path to become a little bit more self-aware.
