So, freedom can come when we have freedom from constraint; freedom to do something; freedom to develop and express ourselves; freedom from manipulation; freedom to make the world we want and freedom from mental stress managers. You have an ability to impact all of these freedoms from constraint. Yes, sometimes deadlines are due but there can be flexibility in how you allow the team and how you allow your people to be creative to have that freedom to do something and the freedom to develop then express themselves a freedom from feeling controlled or manipulated a freedom to make the world that they want with the project by feeling like they have meaningful work that they’re doing by understanding the work that they’re doing by understanding the impact of the work they’re doing for the stakeholders for the company you name it by being very clear right as opposed to just a job and then the freedom from mental stress by having these tools and having a better culture by taking the training that you’re doing.
