Psychology 101 – Why Every Manager Needs to Understand How the Brain Works

It always amazes me in business that so many people are responsible for other people yet they don’t know basic human psychology. Not everybody is a psychology major after all so the fact is we need to learn the basics of psychology so we understand how the brain works, how it reacts, and how we can help other people during challenging times as well as helping ourselves to remain in a leadership role where we have an executive function so our brain is working extremely well.
