I share these different quotes because these are very important one comes from the bible consider it pure joy my brothers and sisters whenever you face trials of many kinds because you know the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete not lacking anything. This is important for trauma survivors because somebody does the work to heal from trauma. Wow, the empathy they have the view they have the perspective. They have the tools. They have and the desire to give back and help other people is truly remarkable. I know that I am a totally different person now in a much better way just so much better way happier, healthier just much better person.

Nowadays, I was a good person then what I’m telling you is trauma transforms lives after the work is done and it truly is a testament of faith the journey the process and in the Buddhist context, we are what we think all that we are arises with our thoughts. You heard me talk about thoughts earlier if your manager negatives to positive, think about that because that shadow, that shadow right can follow us and it can be unshakable if it’s a good shadow right. We want to have a good shadow with us not this negative one and then from there only love dispels hate. This is law. This is law so only love dispels hate and is it wrong to show love at work. Is it wrong to care for our co-workers? I don’t think so. I think that’s actually really good business and from there.

Lastly, we look at law of attraction. This is not a religious view. It’s not faith-based. It’s just more universal on you know energy and life we sometimes forget that we are God beings and that the intent of the creator was for us to enjoy this thing called life and I know when I was going through my journey. I did forget about the journey and that we are supposed to enjoy this gift called life the odds of being human when you look at the statistics that are out there. It’s very small that you actually get to be human so when you look at the versus, all the other animals that are out there in the ocean and the air on the land you name it plants whatever the fact that you’re human is truly special so make an impact and understand just how special this life is.
