The emotional freedom technique is something you’ll see people do in meetings maybe you’ll see them hold their wrists or you’ll see them kind of tap a little bit on their forehead. The thing with the emotional freedom technique is that it was founded on ancient Chinese Meridians and what I believe that it does having done it a lot of times myself is that it grounds people back into present time what can happen with trauma and stress is that the body is present but the mind starts going somewhere else so by doing these tapping exercises on the body and breathing and re-grounding and balancing back into self. It helps keep the mind and body connected you can learn the emotional freedom technique as well by doing some YouTube videos and checking out the emotional freedom technique online on Google. There are great resources on there and the emotional freedom technique is something that you can use to actually help ground employees. If they’re stressed in a performance interview thing like that you can actually teach people this.
