As you did this exercise maybe you felt relief, maybe you felt some stress rolling off of you and if you did. I want you to write down how you felt when you started coming into this workshop as well as how you felt when you let loose for a minute. When you were just yourself being that playful inner child having a fun time, how did you feel in your body? We’ll talk about embodiment of trauma later as a truth so what’s very important is to understand that, trauma is actually stored deep within the nervous system as well as stress. So, maybe you don’t have trauma in your life but maybe you have a lot of stress. This storage of negative energy is stored deep within the nervous system and when we have an outlet of playfulness of joy, we actually feel better and we can shed this negative energy and stress to feel better. Lastly, write down if you felt a difference after you acted out your animal and let loose.
